Biological Anomalies
These anomalies were discovered during an autopsy of members of the archaeological team from Negev. The origin and purpose of the glyphs are unknown. Similar to F.E.R.A.L.s as well as to glyphs found at Gydeshi and Gyrati archeological sites.
Above: Lungs, left, appear normal and healthy. Dr. Marcus Buhari, unsatisfied with the findings, initiated a level-5 infraviolet electron scan, yielding the image on the right. The marking on the far right appears to be some form of sigil.
The results led to scans of other organs and similar discoveries, in this case the kidneys. No genetic manipulation has been detected; it is surmised that the shapes are burned into permanence by light.
Fusiform gyrus
The fusiform gyrus, the part of the brain associated with recognition and perception, appears to function differently in FERALs. It is believed that this difference somehow enables their connection to the Shadotecture, and is believed to be evidence of their evolutionary station beyond our own.
